Shipping Policy

 

These Shipping Terms apply to the online store operated by Auravivane (hereinafter referred to as “we”). They describe the shipping areas, costs, processing times, carriers, and responsibilities for all orders.

Delivery Area

We deliver to all regions within Australia. At this time, orders to locations outside Australia are not supported.

Shipping Fees

  • Orders over AUD 170 qualify for free shipping.

  • Orders up to or including AUD 170 are subject to a flat shipping fee of AUD 16.99.

Cut-off Time for Orders

Orders placed before 6:00 PM (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT) Monday to Friday are processed the same day.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed starting the next business day.

Order Processing Time

After the cut-off time, all orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. This includes verifying order details and preparing items for dispatch.

Estimated Shipping Time

The total shipping period is expected to be 7–15 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on local conditions.

Carrier Information

All shipments are handled by UPS, ensuring reliable delivery and tracking capabilities.

Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an email with your order number, payment details, and carrier information. You can track your order on our website’s “Order Tracking” page by entering your email or phone number along with the order number.

Responsibility Statement

  • Product Damage or Loss: We are responsible for inspecting and assisting with claims related to items damaged or lost during transit.

  • Shipping Modifications or Cancellation: Once the order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations are subject to carrier limitations.

  • Delivery Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. Incorrect addresses may result in delayed or failed delivery.

Delivery and Signature Guidelines

  • All orders require a signature upon receipt.

  • Please inspect the package immediately upon delivery.

  • If damage or discrepancy is found, document it with photos and contact our customer service immediately.
