Welcome to Auravivane (hereinafter referred to as “we”). This shopping guide provides detailed instructions on browsing, ordering, payment, shipping, returns, exchanges, and order cancellations to ensure a smooth shopping experience at our online store.

1. Browsing and Selecting Products

  • Browse our online catalog and select items of interest.

  • Review product details carefully, including descriptions, specifications, and images.

  • Add desired items to your shopping cart before proceeding to checkout.

2. Placing an Order

  1. Proceed to the checkout page after confirming items in your cart.

  2. Provide your billing information, shipping address, and contact details accurately.

  4. Submit your order. Once submitted, you will receive an order confirmation via email containing your order number, payment details, and shipment information.

3. Payment Process

  • We accept credit and debit card payments, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, etc.

  • To complete payment:

    1. Enter your card information on the checkout page.

    2. Confirm billing details.

    3. Submit the payment.

  • Payments are securely processed. Card details are encrypted and not stored in full by our store.

  • Once the payment is authorized, your order will be processed.

4. Shipping Information

  • Delivery Area: We deliver to all regions within Australia. Orders outside Australia are not supported.

  • Shipping Fees: Orders over AUD 170 qualify for free shipping. Orders up to or including AUD 170 incur a flat shipping fee of AUD 16.99.

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed Monday to Friday before 6:00 PM (AEST/AEDT) are processed the same day; orders after 6:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days are required to process and prepare items for dispatch.

  • Estimated Shipping Time: 7–15 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Carrier: UPS handles all shipments.

  • Order Tracking: You will receive an email containing your order number, payment details, and carrier information. Track your order on our “Order Tracking” page by entering your email or phone number along with the order number.

5. Return and Exchange Guidelines

  • Eligibility Period: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • Conditions for Return/Exchange:

    • Product with visible exterior defects

    • Product with quality issues

    • Product with strong odors, color discrepancies, or similar problems

    • Wrong item shipped

    • Optional returns without a specific reason

  • Return Process:

    1. Contact us via email or phone with your order number, proof of payment, reason, and relevant photos/videos.

    2. Our team reviews the request and provides the return address if approved.

    3. Ship the item to the designated address.

    4. Upon receipt and inspection, we will arrange a refund.

  • Exchange Process:

    1. Contact us via email or phone with order number, proof of payment, reason, and photos/videos.

    2. Our team reviews the request and provides the return address if approved.

    3. Ship the item to the designated address.

    4. After inspection, replacement items are shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • Refund Method: Refunds are returned to the original payment card (Visa, MasterCard). Refunds are generally processed within 1–3 business days after approval.

  • Shipping Cost Responsibility: We cover shipping costs for defective or incorrect items. For optional returns, customers cover shipping.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Eligibility: Orders that have not yet been shipped within 48 hours can be canceled. Orders shipped or over 48 hours cannot be canceled but may be returned after delivery.

  • Cancellation Process:

    1. Contact us via email or phone with your order number and payment details.

    2. Our team will review the request and notify you of approval.

    3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure the shipping address and contact information are accurate.

  • Inspect packages immediately upon delivery.

  • Retain tracking information for returns or exchanges.

  • Pack returned items securely to prevent damage during transit.
